How do I send you my content?

Once you sign up, we’ll send you a super simple form where you can upload your text, images, logo, and anything else you want on your website. If you’re stuck or unsure what to send — no stress — we’ll guide you through it.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes! Once your site is live, we’ll give you access so you can log in and make changes whenever you like — from updating text to swapping images or adding new info. And if you’d rather we do it, just ask.

How long does it actually take to build?

Once we have everything we need from you, your site will be ready to go live within 7 days. No dragging it out, no delays.

Can I talk to someone if I need help?

Absolutely. You’ll be paired with your own project manager who you can contact anytime via WhatsApp, text, phone or email. Real people. Real support. No call centres.

What if I don’t like the first version?

That’s okay! We build your site around your brand and preferences, and we’ll always send you a preview before it goes live. You can request any changes you need — we want you to love it.

Is the website mobile-friendly?

Yes — every site we build is fully responsive and works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Do I need to buy a domain name or hosting?

Nope. Your domain name and ultra-fast hosting are included as part of the service. It’s all taken care of.
